Ebenezerpro

TERMS OF USE & END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Terms & Conditions

Updated: October 28, 2026.

1. Operator and scope

Ebenezerpro is operated by Ebenezerpro (“we,” “us,” or “the operator”). These terms cover the Ebenezerpro web application, its administrative and worker tools, and its optional QuickBooks Online integration. They do not replace the separate estimate, work order, or service agreement governing physical work performed for a customer.

Questions about this agreement: [email protected].

2. Authorized access and limited license

Subject to these terms and your authorization from the operator, you may access and use the application for the business activities assigned to you. This permission is limited, nonexclusive, and nontransferable. It does not transfer ownership of the application or authorize you to resell access. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and authorized to act for any business whose information you manage.

Public website visitors and invoice recipients do not receive administrative access. Receiving an invoice does not grant access to other customer records.

3. Accounts and permitted use

Use only the account and permissions assigned to you. Protect your credentials, provide accurate information, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. Do not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, access another person's records without authorization, or upload unlawful content or malicious software.

You must have the authority and permissions needed to enter customer, worker, or other business information. Do not enter full payment-card numbers, card security codes, Social Security numbers, bank-account credentials, or unrelated sensitive information in notes, descriptions, or attachments.

4. Your business information

These terms do not transfer ownership of your business records to us. You authorize the processing, storage, display, export, and transmission of those records as needed to provide the functions you use, subject to the Privacy Policy and applicable law. You are responsible for reviewing records you create, import, link, edit, or export.

5. QuickBooks Online connection

The optional integration requires an eligible QuickBooks Online company and authorization by a person permitted to connect it. Authorization takes place on Intuit's website using OAuth; Ebenezerpro does not ask for your Intuit account password.

When connected, authorized administrators can import customers and supported catalog items, link contacts, and create or synchronize customer, service, product, and invoice records. The application can read invoice totals, balances, and payment-link information. Production actions affect the connected company's actual records. Test records are kept separately and must not be used for real billing.

You may revoke the connection through the application's QuickBooks settings or the controls provided by Intuit. Disconnecting stops subsequent authorized synchronization but does not automatically delete records already stored locally or in QuickBooks.

6. Invoices and payments

Review customer details, quantities, prices, taxes, dates, and totals before issuing an invoice. Drafts are not issued invoices. Synchronization may be delayed, and the interface identifies pending operations and the time of the last successful refresh. Check the connected accounting system when resolving discrepancies.

When available, the invoice payment link takes the customer to a payment page hosted by Intuit. Payment methods, approval, processing fees, settlement, refunds, and disputes are governed by the relevant payment provider and your agreement with the business issuing the invoice. A link or a local payment record alone is not proof of settled funds. The Ebenezerpro integration does not collect full card numbers or card security codes.

Ebenezerpro is an operational tool, not a substitute for professional accounting, tax, or legal judgment. These application terms do not establish prices, cancellation rules, or refund rights for the underlying work; those belong in the applicable customer agreement.

7. Third-party services and availability

Hosting, network services, Intuit, communications services, and optional address tools may be provided by third parties under their own terms. Their availability and features can change. The application may be interrupted for maintenance, security, network problems, or third-party outages. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Suspension and ending access

The operator may restrict or end access when a user's authorization ends, to investigate misuse, or to protect the application and its users. Contact us about access problems or requests to retrieve or remove information. Information may remain subject to the retention practices described in the Privacy Policy and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

9. Changes and applicable rights

Changes to these terms will be published here with an updated effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent. Nothing in this agreement limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or makes a guarantee of security, payment approval, or Intuit endorsement.

10. SMS & MMS Terms & Conditions

Ebenezerpro customer messaging is provided for Ebenezer Faife Painting Services, Corp at (786) 882-0439. The program supports two-way SMS text and MMS photo conversations about handyman and home improvement inquiries, requested estimates, scheduling, the work you request, and related invoice or customer-support questions. This program is not used for unsolicited promotions or recurring marketing subscriptions.

You can initiate a conversation by texting (786) 882-0439 using the invitation on our website. By sending that message, you agree to receive replies about your inquiry. Any additional service notifications require permission appropriate to that purpose. Merely visiting the website, receiving a business card, or appearing in our customer database does not enroll you. Messaging consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services. You can contact [email protected] instead.

Message frequency varies based on your conversation and requested service. Message and data rates may apply to both sent and received SMS/MMS messages under your mobile plan. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan and charges.

Reply STOP to opt out. You may receive one final confirmation, after which this program will stop sending messages unless you provide consent again. Reply START to the same number if you wish to rejoin after opting out. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected]. These choices apply to both SMS and MMS conversations.

Only send photos and information you are authorized to share and that are relevant to your project. Estimates remain subject to review of the work and the applicable estimate or service agreement. SMS/MMS availability depends on your device, carrier, and network. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Messaging is not an emergency service.

Our Privacy Policy explains how mobile numbers, message content, MMS attachments, and messaging preferences are handled. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. For privacy requests or other questions, contact [email protected].
